Lactation Support in Southern Utah
Feeding your baby may be natural. That doesn’t mean it always comes easily.
Sometimes what a mother needs most is someone experienced beside her—watching what is happening, helping her sort through the options, and giving her practical support without judgment.
Personalized Feeding Support
- Breastfeeding positioning and practical support
- Working through common feeding challenges
- Pumping and expressed-milk routines
- Support with combination feeding and changing feeding plans
- Helping partners understand how to support feeding and protect the mother’s rest
- Newborn care and postpartum support alongside feeding help
The goal is not to force one “right” way to feed a baby. It is to help you understand what is happening, identify what support you may need, and make choices that work for you and your family.
When feeding concerns suggest a medical problem, poor infant weight gain, dehydration, significant pain, infection, oral restriction, or another issue outside my scope, I encourage appropriate evaluation by your baby’s pediatric provider, your maternity provider, or an IBCLC.
